For what purposes are the collected data used?

iPremium may organize raffles. The processing of personal data will be carried out solely for the purpose of managing the customer's participation, in accordance with the rules contained in the regulations applicable to each of the contests.

Right of access

The data subject has the right to request iPremium to erase their data without undue delay, and iPremium has the obligation to erase personal data when one of the following reasons specifically applies:

c) iPremium no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but this data is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.

Right to data portability
