Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.ipremium.pt, owned by ISELLANDREPAIR, LDA., legal entity no. 514107243, with registered office at Rua Santos Bernardes, 32-A 2560-362 Torres Vedras, hereinafter referred to as iPremium.

The iPremium brand, as well as all its variations and distinctive elements, are the exclusive property of ISELLANDREPAIR, LDA. Its reproduction, use, imitation or invocation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of the owner, is expressly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Exchange or return

After receiving your order, the consumer may exercise the right of free withdrawal (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14), by communicating the intention to withdraw through the completion and sending, via email or regular mail, Part B of the annex to the aforementioned legal instrument. The intention to withdraw must be accompanied by the delivery of the product to our physical store (or by regular mail to our address, with costs borne by the customer), so that we can process the return of the product, or its exchange, fulfilling the following conditions:

  • Presentation of the product's purchase invoice, dated no more than 14 days after the purchase date;
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was sold and retains all protective films and seals intact.

If any of these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products within the 14-day period:

  • Used personal hygiene products;
  • Products installed and/or customized according to customer specifications;
  • Products that have been activated.

After receiving notification of the consumer's decision to terminate the contract, iPremium will refund all payments made, including delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The consumer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

Guarantee

All products benefit from a 3-year warranty period, in accordance with Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18. Consumables whose improper use results in malfunction, such as batteries and accessories, have a 30-day warranty period.

For wearable accessories, such as cases or glass protectors, the warranty only covers manufacturing or material defects. Damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage to other devices in simultaneous use with the accessory is not covered.

The average repair time for equipment under warranty is 3 to 5 business days, and in more complex situations, it should not exceed 30 days. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent value, subject to stock availability. Collection and shipping costs are covered by [Company Name]. iPremium is only charged when there is an anomaly. Otherwise, a fee of €15.00 (VAT included) will be charged.

The following are exceptions to the warranty:

  • Any improper use, negligence or accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, accidents, abuse, misuse), electrical voltage variations and overload above the specified level;
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
  • Breaking of internal security seals.

If the product is taken to a third party for repair and/or inspection, this will void the warranty. We are not responsible for the loss of data or information stored on the product during the repair process.

How to activate the warranty

To initiate the warranty process, it is mandatory to present the purchase invoice. You can activate the warranty in person or online, by contacting our team directly through the available contact channels.

Repairs

Parts and components

Our priority is to guarantee the quality and reliability of repaired equipment, using original parts whenever possible. When feasible, we promote the reconditioning of these parts, preserving the equipment's performance and encouraging sustainable practices that are aligned with the principles of the circular economy.

In cases where the use of original parts is not feasible, we collaborate with factories—primarily OEMs—specialized in the production of high-performance and reliable parts and components. We guarantee that all parts used, whether original or compatible, meet our high quality standards, ensuring reliable and long-lasting repairs.

Apple Technical Support

THE iPremium is not an authorized service center for Apple Inc. and therefore cannot guarantee that the replacement of parts in Apple devices will be officially recognized by the iOS system in the device's Settings.

Starting with iOS 18, in most cases, the device's Settings will show an indication that the replaced part is genuine. However, we cannot guarantee that this indication will appear on all devices after replacement, as this depends entirely on the software and is beyond our control.

IP Certification and Risk of Leakage

Equipment with IP certification, relating to resistance to dust and liquids, may exhibit loss of watertightness after intervention. This occurs because the original manufacturing conditions cannot be fully replicated in the repair process.

In interventions involving the replacement of components damaged by impact or other failures, difficulties may arise in the ideal fit of new parts due to possible pre-existing structural damage to the device, such as a deformed chassis. iPremium cannot guarantee perfect alignment under these circumstances, as this may affect the integrity and watertightness of the equipment.

THE iPremium makes every effort to maintain manufacturing standards, including the maintenance and replacement of liquid and dust protection insulation, as well as the implementation of liquid contamination prevention systems.

Capacity requirement

The user confirms that they are at least 18 years old when making purchases through this website.

Prices and Payment Methods

All information regarding the prices of all products, as well as their delivery costs or exemptions thereof, and payment methods, is available on this website and can be consulted before finalizing any order.

Order processing

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. iPremium cannot guarantee the availability of items before processing, and all orders are subject to manual confirmation after payment is made.

Product information

The technical information and descriptions on our website are not binding and require confirmation. iPremium reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that, due to system failure or human error, are unavailable or have an incorrect retail price.

Expedition

Unless there are stock shortages, delivery is made within the timeframe specified on the product page, after payment confirmation, and only on business days. The average delivery time after shipment is 1 to 2 business days.

THE iPremium declines any responsibility for delays in the delivery of items resulting from the activities of shipping companies.

Arbitration and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes) Center

In case of litigation, the iPremium is subject to mandatory arbitration or mediation in matters of low-value consumer disputes (up to €5,000), when the consumer expressly chooses to resort to an authorized Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center.
